I just made pasta and steamed some brocolli then mixed them with cream cheese and grated cheese and added some chopped left over ham. My kids loved it.0

Gosh where to start, freeze for sandwiches later, freeze for a recipe later, ham omelette, grill or fry and use as bacon, add to soup.
Add to pasta, use in a fried rice, quiche, chop and use as a filling for jacket potatoes.

A friend of mine makes non-pastry mini ham quiches - I think it started as a Slimming World recipe, but not the way she does it! She uses the ham like pastry, lining muffin/bun tins with it (needs to be ham without holes for this!), pours in a cream/egg/cheese mixture and bakes. They're very good.
A really tasty and easy pasta recipe is cooked pasta, chopped ham, pea and a bit of cream with plenty of black pepper - it tastes rather luxurious considering it's so simple.0 -
thank-you for your replies, the mini quiches sound interesting, i have put all your ideas on my meals list for the next few weeks
