I have a lot of sliced ham that I need to use up!

Hia,
Toasted cheese and ham sandwiches are good for using up ham. Maybe nice as a more filling breakfast if you have a big day ahead.

Ham freezes really well - when my mum comes to visit me she brings me a load of her homecooked ham (yum) and I freeze it in portions, taking slices out for sandwiches, pizzas etc.
Also, I don't know if you're in an area where you can get hold of Derbyshire/Staffordshire oatcakes but they're really nice if you put a slice of ham and some cheese on them, roll them up and them top them with a white/cheese sauce, top with a little more cheese and bake until golden and crispy. Ham and tomato is a good filling for this, or ham and blue cheese, or even just plain ham with a mustard cheese sauce.0 -
I would have:
ham and cheesy baked potatos,
carbonara
hm pizza with ham on top.(which freezes v well)
ham salad for a lunch
ham and egg muffins for a breakfast
ham and pea pasta0 -
I have four slices of cooked ham in the fridge. What are your best ideas for using up leftover ham? OH is threatening to bin it!:A0

Gosh, we never have any leftover ham in our house - I have a job keeping up with the demand!
Fancy a sandwich? Or spaghetti carbonara? Or macaroni cheese? Or a Spanish omelette? Or just have 'em with fried eggs. Nom nom!

Its awful because it is Riverford Ham and it cost £7 for 10 slices and we have another packet coming today so I feel really really bad about not having used it! Think i'll make some spagetti carbonara for supper, yummy.:A0

Cling film it, then put into a poly bag & freeze it - with a label!0

Clean a couple of leeks, cut them into about 6inch lengths (but keep whole) boil or steam until softish, drain well. Wrap in ham, put in dish with the ham join at the bottom, cover with cheese sauce and grill or put in oven till hot and bubbling and a bit brown on top. Could add some breadcrumbs dotted with butter on top to make a crunchy top - or crisps, or slices of tomato. Yum, think we'll have that today - my OH loves it.0

use it on top of pizza!0
