I called Pipex on the 10th last month to cancel and was told I would be disconnected on 9th August. But my Pipex connection is still active today and Pipex have taken another £23.44 off my card on 7th August.
Seems Pipex haven't changed their thieving ways.
I can't remember if you have to pay one month in advance for Pipex either, so don't know how much they owe me back.
Also, spoke to credit card company and they said I have to get pipex to cancel the direct debit. Oh...what fun...0
