You might well be able to get out earlier. If they want to change your T&Cs, or if they have to declare themselves out of cash, you should have an option to get out.

Ok - there is a meeting on Wednesday afternoon in London with the PRA and DCU. When I hear what the outcome is I'll update on here.

I wonder whether, no news is good news, or is DotCom, playing their usual party trick and not telling anyone the outcome of the meeting.

I would have thought if restrictions had been lifted they would be keen to announce the fact.

I admire your optimism. There have been what feels like endless meetings with the PRA without resolution, I have no confidence this will be any different.

I was also told that they absolutely could not let this run into the new tax year, yet here we are.

As May 5 and large withdrawal demands draw ever closer, they're probably all out doing a spot of tin cupping

It is even more concerning though that they have given up replying to people's e-mails. Is this the end !?

Even the regulators are seeming to have difficulty in contacting them - allegedly?

    What is going on?

Their facebook page is still being updated – perhaps the quotes from Michael Jordan and Nelson Mandela they have posted in the last day may inspire people on here.

‘if you are trying to achieve, there will be roadblocks. I've had them; everybody has had them. But obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.’

‘It always seems impossible until its done ‘

The Facebook posts I think they've said before are all automated and setup in advance.

I wondering if there is anyone there at DCU or whether they have all given up and gone home (for good!) !?
