You can contact them for a review (a.k.a. a hard sales talk) whenever you like; you don't need to wait until they have a quiet time and start ringing customers in desperation.
Me? I used to get these types of calls all the time and told them I did not want to receive them ever again. If I wanted a review I knew where they were and would contact them, but otherwise I did not want to be invited. Not been bothered since
