To my knowledge, only Tesco Mobile offer capped contracts. The fact that they run on o2 doesn't mean that giffgaff and o2 do.

'Three' offer 'credit limit' that doesnt' work like a hard cap that you can rely on. Neither can you rely on the words of any 'staff members' unless you get a confirmation in writing.Perhaps you could post that advice on the recent thread about a £1300 charge for using too much data.0 -

To just to clarify I'm not talking about capped contracts, but capped data.0 -

The latest post in that thread was about £6973.
I see how my post could be taken as gospel, so I'll edit that to reflect it.0 -
My OH now has the Nokia Lumia 625 and she finds it much easier to use than her previous phone the Samsung Galaxy S3. The S3 was just too complex, fine for me as I like android and love playing about with it but the windows phone is very easy to learn and i think anyone could use it. It's also much cheaper at £110 refurbed from o2 (it was virtually the same as a brand new one only with a different box). It took about 10 minutes to set up the windows phone from out of the box to be able to make calls, send texts and have email and the internet set up using the home wifi.:footie:
