I have second crazy night's sleep in a week due to early evening paranoia. Why I think Rome has to be built in a day I don't know (I had a health relapse I became aware of a week ago). I mean in earlier times this would get me admitted
but now I have a recovery plan so why worry? And if I chog the grey cells I remember I recover quite quickly for a few days then go down hill rapidly (usually on newly discharged at this point) and I can't recall how long that lasts
But onwards and upwards with am routine knowing if I can fix my crazy finances I can fix this
