Was thawrted this morning, when I spotted a penny 2 seconds too late to pick it up as the council litter collector got there before me, picked it up and binned it! Argh!

People like him, must come across loads of road kill and to bin it is a huge waste!

I can't believe the litter collector either - that's just criminal. I very often wonder how much our groundsman at work must find, he sweeps up round the bus stops and car parking machines, bet he bags a fortune.

Well done on all the finds, I think I'm trying to hard. Note to self eyes to the front and not to the ground, see if that helps!

Morning RKR'S lovely morning in the Midlands, hope the sun is shining where you all are.

You're not going to believe what happened last night. I was out to dinner with some friends and on a trip back from the ladies saw a TWENTY POUND NOTE on the floor near the bar. There were customers milling about and as I bent to pick it up a member of staff asked if I was ok, I think she thought I had tripped I moved so fast lol!! I then handed the said £20.00 over.

This sparked much debate at the dinner table about finders keepers, that the money would go in their tip pot, I should have kept it, no I should have handed it in etc, etc.

What would you have done? I would've liked to have kept it, but keep telling myself I'll get good karma by handing it in.

But £20.00 road kill, don't ever think I'll see that again!
