Well today I handed over my last avon products to my customers as a rep! Only took it up as the person who done at work had left and my colleagues were missing it! Someone else in my work 'needs' the income more than me and she didn't want to step in on my patch but I've happily handed things over to her, that should stop me being naughty and ordering from there.

Came home from work tonight to a parcel from debenhams that had turned up yest and OH had chucked under kitchen table (men!!!). It's my elemis PCMC gift set thingy, except it isn't! It's addressed to me, I didn't order it in that I DID order and receive one about 2-3weeks ago :/

One UU to report: Lush bar scrub 150ml

I'm 99% sure this is a Buffy the Backside Slayer bar, but I've had it so long all the writing had disappeared on the label. This has to be more than five years old, as I think I remember it being on the shelf in my flat 3 moves ago

I seem to remember loving Buffy, but this left a thick layers on gunk on my skin even after washing it off repeatedly. I've been using a home made salt brush with epsom and dead sea salts and a home made oil blend using fractionated coconut oil, grape seed oil, cedar wood, sweet orange and something else (I made it a couple of weeks ago). and have found this far more effective without the gunky layer.

Just had a lovely bubble bath with Champneys distant shores, and am layering on the body butter after more than a month of horribly dry skin. :)
  • Finally some UU:

Boots fragrance free baby wipes - WBA but restocked last month.

Unknown Lush bubble bar - Turned the bath a lovely pink - WMBA if I seen it.

nspa Clementine shower gel 100ml - WNBA foamed nicely but no lasting fragrance.

    More ebay outs

Thanks for the hemp hand cream on feet tip - the Body shop in my town centre closed before christmas but I plan to visit a nearby city during half term.

The lady in particular sells through Facebook, this is my ring but all of her wire wrapped pieces are awe inspiring!

that is lovely, might have a look through and treat myself :)

I have 1 UU - Boots No 7 serum that was sent to test, liked it so WBA :)

and very small amounts in the Avon bottles for what they cost. I found only the half-price deals good value. Although my daughter swears by the Blemish clearing foaming face wash so I have to get that every few months.

Evening ladies and welcome to all our lovely newbies :hello:

    I have some uu's:
L'occitane precious cream, love this and wba when I get through some of the other moisturizers in the stash

Rituals body scrub, this was a magazine freebie and although it was pleasant enough to use I don't think I would go out and buy it

L'occitane almond shower gel, I wasn't impressed with this and ended up repurposing it as hand wash, the oil version of this seems to get rave reviews, perhaps the scent is different with the different formulation? Either way wnba

Philip Kingsley elasticizer, another magazine freebie, wba

    Two outs as well:
Percy and Reed mini hairspray,, the cap broke off this before I could use it and despite all my efforts I couldn't get it fixed so no idea if it's a good product or not :(

Percy and Reed mini dry conditioner, went to use this last night and discovered it was empty, think dd must have gotten to it first!

    Happy pampering xo

    So I was just naughty
I have been looking at the naked basics palette or the stila in the know palette for ages.

Anyway I bought instead the nyx naturals palette which is under £9 I know it's less pigmented but I've had my original naked palette I'm sure over 2 years and virgin, sin and half baked are the only colours that really look used.

It's a cheaper alternative to naked basics really so we will see how I like it. I also bought nyx yellow concealer and a jordana brow kit. That brow kit is the only one I've very seen that isn't too dark for my colouring and a cheap blending sponge and all of that came to several quid less than the naked basics.

Also both brands don't test on animals.

I don't suppose you have any nights out planned in the next 2 months?

would really like some feedback on the staying power of the nyx palette but want it for my wedding day so except for a top up around 5pm i don't want to have to rework my shadow and so far the palettes i have aren't lasting under the heat and length of a normal day

I have the Beauty Bay dupe of the Naked palette, I find that lasts well. I use primer & set my make up and there's still some left at the end of an 12 hour day.

I so want the Naked palette- saving up for it when my Beauty Bay one hits pan. I use most of the colours on it.

It's been a long time since I hit pan on anything, hence my hefty stash:p
