Yes, I'm still not happy as I have told him. As expected I'm still awaiting a statement through the post. I will continue to contact whoever I can about him.
I have written to the Mail on Sunday money page, but like the BBC Watchdog they don't even give you so much as an acknowledgement. It seems the media can pick and choose who they investigate and Harris isn't interesting enough. Perhaps more people with grievances against him need to write to them

You can phone Noble Harbour's number but it will inevitably ask you to leave a message and he will get back to you (not!). The only reason he contacted me because he was pressured by Taurus. He actually said I've been asked to send you a statement. He shouldn't bleedin' well need asking!

Strange that, I was told the funds couldn't be touched for 2 years, just so you know, report him and Greenfootprint Investments, Taurus etc to Action Fraud, you may not here anything straight away but believe me South Wales Police are now investigating, no wonder he's gone underground!!

As expected still no postal statement despite him saying on the 11th he would send one. Just how long does it take to send one?
It's long past time the police felt his collar!

Postal statement finally received after more pressure on him from others.
He hasn't even put his fees on it which he did last time. Perhaps he's now doing it for free!

Harris is no longer at Noble Harbour, done a runner again, any body fancy a trip to South Wales? Second mobile number is also now off. Let's all face it, this guy is a crook and a thief and is probably in it along with Green Footprint Investments, Taurus Business Consulting Ltd, Ecoquest and Design4Life who have all either disappeared off the face of the Earth or are unwilling to do anything about it. If they were uninvolved you would think they would try and clear their name and disassociate themselves from Harris, how long do you get for fraud by the way??

While sympathising with posters who have almost certainly lost all their money. I can't help wondering how you all got involved with this man and the several companies that would appear to most people as a scam. One poster says he was first contacted by phone. I've had many such calls and have simply put the phone down on them. The interest rates that one poster on here has said that he was offered, was it a choice of 5% or 7%, are laughable. It they were available at any time over the past few years everyone who have been making a bee line for them, and they would have been recommended on here and other money sites. But they were not, because they never existed! Instead of discussing what to do and who to contact, those affected should be straight to the police before their assets disappear overseas. This Mark Harris and his associates are just stringing you all along. You are the victims of a scam and need to recognise it.
