Joan Collins and Leonard Rossiter in the Schweppes ads - genius!
EDT to say it wasn't schweppes, it was Cinzano! So perhaps the advert didn't achieve its aim afterall.

You've got to be old to remember this one - apparently it was so successful that they withdrew the Strand cigarette - but it is oh, so nostalgic!

    None...
I detest them and use the remote to pause while i go and do something then fast forward through them...
You have no idea how much i hate adverts...
It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

(And I did that from memory, that's how sad I am)

The one that was for noodles or similar where the bloke had laid his clothes on the sofa and was behind the arm with his head poking over going "I've wasted away".

The new Haribo adverts with the child-like adults in the boardroom and cinema are hilarious. Use to love the one of theirs with the little girl who always got the better of her dad too.

I was just coming onto this thread to post this - they are brilliant adverts :T!
