That's the point though they won't let their 'customers' who were 'invited' to attend the course (else be sanctioned) use the JC toilets.
At the first day the mixed group of 10 'customers' were offered
water as a refreshment then told by their 'tutor' (external contractor ?) that no toilets could be made available to them during the 2 hour lesson along with other obvious 'rules' such as no alcohol permitted.:eek:0 -

JSA claimants are NOT customers. You are not 'invited' to attend those courses. You are asked to comply or be sanctioned. An invitation to an event is not compulsory. You are simply told to do something if you want to continue claiming money from us tax payers. Service providers aim to please customers, but as a JSA claimant you are trying to satisfy the job centre.0 -

Yeah I don't care, it's Not unreasonable to Not provide toilets for all.0 -
I think you should sue for compensation if you have had to attend a location without toilet facilities....and whilst your at it why not sue for distress and discriminatiom....£10k sounds about fair, no?:A Goddess :A0

It's the terminology used in the papers they hand out :
'You have been referred to the following Opportunity....this provision.....your coach......personal adviser etc.0 -
It is frustrating for the genuine people attending the JCP, but the reason they do not offer toilet facilities is because of other claimants. Some offices used to have them, but they were frequented by druggies and prostitutes - the cost and risk involved outweighed the benefits. They have even closed the toilets at the bus station for the same reason0
