Do you ever stock pile on items when you see them on offer?

HI
I do this - I have 6 months of dishwasher tablets. However I never find it makes a difference to the cost of my weekly shop. It must I suppose or do I just carry on until I have a full trolley??!!0 -
I've just got to the end of about three years of Co-op washing powder only bought when on bogof, and am changing to liquid as I got fed up of having to chisel it out of the packet with a skewer as it went solid in the pack.
I'm only buying what we actually need at the moment as I'm trying to spin out my cash flow until next January when a 5-year savings bond matures. I think I would panic if there weren't enough tins in the cupboard to make a couple of main meals though.
My biggest extravagance is moisturiser, and that never seems to be on bogof or much of a price promotion.
I haven't bogged off yet, and I ain't no babe

I too am a champion stockpiler. I would really hate to have to pay full price for washing powder/toothpaste/antipersp/ tomato soup/beans etc.Bogof_Babe wrote: »My biggest extravagance is moisturiser, and that never seems to be on bogof or much of a price promotion

Blimey, L'oreal? You mean that "because I'm worth it" stuff? Nah, because I'm not :rotfl:. I'm quite happy with Simple or Olay, but would like to find one that suits my skin as well as they do and costs about £1.50 for 3-months supply!I haven't bogged off yet, and I ain't no babe

I do - tins, loo roll etc sometimes fresh stuff but only if I can plan around it. I always buy a case of wien when I find a good special offer - do that about 4 times a year rather than buying single bottles.
