    I think your best option is ignore other than complaints to the BPA landlord etc.

    UKPC will go away eventually after a few letters from DR+ and zenith(look at the bottom of the letter it's DR+) both can do nothing other than ask for money
    (5 months seems to be about how long it takes)

    just be ready for any court action although UKPC have yet to do that as far as we can tell from our dealings with them and reading on here and the other places.

    The advantage of the ignore option is you just file them and forget, any response just creates more letters unless you get them right to shut down the claim.

    Have a look at the complaint to the Managing Agent/UKPC/landowner letter that I wrote for tospig on his thread last year. A version of that would be good if you want to fight back. Search the members' list for 'tospig' and click to see his threads. He's collected LOADS of UKPC DRP letters but finally sent a strong letter.
