It actually looks ok to me. Maybe just make the numbered points bold to make them stand out. And also put them towards the top as well as a sort of summary of what points your appealing on, for example:

I submit the points below, which are expanded on further later in this appeal, to show that I am not liable for the parking charge:
    1) No genuine pre-estimate of loss
    2) No standing or authority etc etc

Don't forget to submit the appeal twice (once for each PCN and make sure you change POPLA reference number accordingly).

You didn't have to choose that first template, there were loads linked under 'How to win at POPLA'! Don't pick an irrelevant one about disability issues just because it was for UKPC! And if you've now found another template and rushed it, it's up to you to have another look at ALL the templates available in the NEWBIES thread link and make sure there's nothing relevant left out. We can help fine tune it once you've finished your draft - but you must use a relevant set of points for your own case.

Sorry it was rushed on the way to work I will collate something over the weekend.

I just got off the phone with the lovely folk @ UKPC initial fine is now £161.50 and the second £16.50 so the information I was given about the first being held until the outcome of the second was a complete lie.

A touch angry at this point

Why did you phone these scammers, they will be logging you as a soft touch now and put on even more fake pressure and lies?

OP, how long do you have left to appeal to POPLA?

Please do not telephone these people, telephone conversations, unless they are recorded, are deniable. Start a paper trail, judges love paper trails.

Good! Send off a POPLA appeal with the usual points about no loss, contract with landowner, unclear signage, etc. and you'll win. There was a POPLA version already written which mentions the '£15 bargain offer' which you should be able to find by search 'UKPC £15 POPLA' as keywords.

You need two POPLA codes if you have two tickets.

Both tickets have been appealed separately

When I initially contacted nobody mentioned I had two tickets. It was only when I called regarding the appeal loss that I fount out. I was told that both tickets would be held until the appeal outcome of the second which didn't not happen and as a result they bumped the first straight to the debt people for a current tidy sum of £161.50
