Apologies, but is this simply a good interest rate (no transferring in bonuses etc)? I guess then thatthe plan would be to divide your savings into £2k blocks and earn 5% gross using these if I have understood.

Nope, because APG's use MyS to compare prices. IF Mys price came back as £2.28, it compares to £1 in T (but you only paid £1 in store) so you would be in profit

Knickers are not much different from bikini bottoms, (unless they're bloomers!) and no one bothers about wearing bikini bottoms in public, so what does it matter if people see your drawers on the washing line?:)
