Could be worse, imagine if it said:

"if any item is purchased on a price comparison shop then the comparison cost of said item (less 10% if purchased in Asda) will be refunded as opposed to the actual price paid. If the item is crucial to reaching a conditional spend discount then that discount will be deducted from the refund that will be paid. If failure to purchase the returned item would have left the claimant with insufficient different number of items to generate a price comparison voucher in the first place then the full value of the price comparison voucher will be deducted from the refund due. If the item is (or is affected by the presence of) a trigger on the comparison shop then Savvybuyer's head will explode when we ask him to calculate the refund due to you (or due to us)!"

Ah!! You don't have to return the item but, here, the product packaging is needed to claim the refund 'if you don't agree', together with a 15 word statement. I think so. I'm never 100% confident about any products:o:rotfl::cool:. It also has to be a promotional pack that includes the offer.

Now, the 15 words is a far tougher requirement in its impact on me!:rotfl::rotfl:

    See ya folks!:D:):rotfl:
