EE, Orange or T-mobile

They use different centres..... T-Mobile tend to be more offshore based at present. EE use a lot of Orange staff in the UK.I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂0

Be careful, their coverage map is a work of fiction. Even if there is good physical coverage at the moment they are very good at shutting masts down leaving users with a very patchy service.0

How common is this? is the map accurate to current masts or are they making it look better than it is.0 -
Its EE, they dont have First position for the worst customer service in the country for nothing!
Don't believe anything they tell you either.
I personally would find out what network, people in your locality are using.0 -

Well I'm pretty sure that it doesn't take account for all the masts they have de-commissioned due to 'overlap' AKA stuffing Orange and T Mobile customers.
And take a look at this http://www.cnet.com/uk/news/ee-rated-worst-mobile-network-in-2013/0 -
According to this report EE come out top for coverage, reliability and speed although it makes no mention of customer service:

Only trouble is, it's a bit like Anti-Virus test reports - the results depend on which report you read. And as previously mentioned you can't rely on network coverage maps.
Probably the best way is to talk to people in your immediate vicinity and see which network they are using.0 -

I assume in this instance 'EE' stands for 'EE , Orange and T-Mobile rather than just EE - so they will have 3 networks availability rolled into one which would make the best coverage sound about right as they have a few networks with different levels of coverage behind the scenes.Currently in a Trust Deed 30 payments until DEBT FREE - February 20270 -
Well it took me months to leave T-Mobile plus associated bills so I personally don't have a high regard for them. Plus for PAYG They are nearly twelve times more expensive than 3 for calls and way more for internet.
