Search this forum for 'Expedion' as a keyword and see what's already been advised by way of various complaints, including to your local Trading Standards office and the DVLA, BPA, MP, etc.!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The Urban Dictionary definition of "expedion" is "complete lying buffoon". I leave you to to reach your own conclusion as to whether you think this neatly sums up this company.

Looks just like the same stunt the Hargreaves tribe (kudos Bazster!) in the guise of H & S Litigation used to pull on behalf of Trev (ANPR-in-a-Box) Whitehouse.

Complaint time OP - and big-time!

Yep, you are complaining to BPA Ltd. and DVLA that:

    - Trev is continuing to harass you even though your PoPLA appeal is pending; this is a breach of the BPA Ltd. AOS Code of Practice, and therefore a breach of ANPR Ltd's KADOE contract with DVLA

    - Complain to those bodies AND Trading Standards that Expedion Ltd. on behalf of ANPR Ltd. is impersonating authority by pretending it can take you to court when it cannot, and by sending out fake court papers; and that Expedion Ltd. is seeking to deceive by pretending it is a debt collection company distinct from ANPR Ltd. when it is to all intents and purposes part of ANPR Ltd. and its staff are in fact ANPR Ltd. employees; mention Wonga!

    - By all means send a copy of the Expedion junk and your photos to PoPLA; we have seen from the PoPLA lead assessor's annual report that PoPLA has reported ANPR Ltd. to the BPA Ltd. several time for CoP breaches, so try to get them to do it again!

And yes, copy the whole lot to your MP, asking how much longer government will allow the private parking racket to continue, infested as it is by tawdry operators such as ANPR Ltd., and asking in particular how much longer DVLA will be permitted to connive in the racket by selling people's private, personal details to such dodgy, disreputable outfits.

I believe Martin Lewis was also asking for copies of fake debt collector letters too, so maybe involve him or his office at some point as well (due to wonga and npower etc)

A quick update for you all...

    I WON! :):):)

The reason was down to GPEOL - ANPR Ltd weren't able to provide an estimate of an initial loss. The assessor didn't need to consider anything else after that.

Thanks everyone for all your help, I never would have done it without you and I'll always be grateful. It's been at the back of my mind for almost 5 months now, but I'm glad I stuck with it.

I'll post the full judgement on the relevant thread.

    Thanks again!
