Automatic relisting may not be free.

The auction free listing worked the buy it now did not. It's either a glitch that the box to tick for 3 free relists is there on a BIN listing or it's a glitch that it was charging people instead of relisting for free but I don't know which.

Thank you ever so much for bringing this matter to my attention. I had noticed that I was being charge re-listing fees and I just assumed that ebay were being their usual stingy selves.


I've just raised it on live chat and I've been told that if I give them the item numbers they'll credit my account manually.


So I take it from that we can't assume ebay will automatically credit our accounts and we've got the chore of going through our accounts to pick them out.

I have had a lot auctions finishing in the last 2 days and all of them were on free automatic listing. They have all been relisted for free - at least that is what the email notification says. I will check the invoice at the end of the month - unless there is a way to check the invoice half way through the month??

Mine are being relisted for free now but they weren't earlier in the month so I went into fees in my account and worked out that they'd overcharged me by £11.80 which they agreed to refund during a live chat.
