and drop one hip slightly (the rear leg)Practice how to stand for the camera on the day - it'll take pounds off you ! Always turn slightly - never straight on. Boobs out, tummy in, place one leg slightly in front of the other , chin up (hide those double chins). Get someone to take loads of digital photo's of you, so that you can practice your best "shot". When you have found it, do it time and time again....models have spent years perfecting their best look for the camera.

dont know if has been suggested as havent had chance to read all posts but have you tried green tea - i think it really helped me and read that it boosts metabolism - plus its a cuppa without milk or sugar! and i got used to the taste
dont lose too much though if you have had dress fitted?
also i had a body wrap day beofre my wedding and lost 12 inches - and i could really tell around my belly and top of thighs it was about £250
