Just sent another e-mail again no reply, but did receive a call saying that I wanted to place an order? I said no I was chasing the where abouts of my order that I placed last Tuesday and was advised that had been despatched on Friday. Was told I needed to place another order. I asked why I would need to place another order and was told there had been a problem with the order. If I wanted to place an order they were now £19.99 and had to have £10.00 airtime. I said in that case I did not want to place an order and the guy said ok and put the phone down.

    How that for customer service?

I wont need reminding not to be an orange customer when my contract with 02 runs out this month.

Also note that i was told by the manager that the staff who are on the frontline ie. the advisors does not even know about this as yet that all the orders have been cancelled.
please make sure everyone who has placed an order gets it cancelled and ask for their refund otherwise you all will be hanging for a refund ,same as me for the last 5 weeks, still havent received me refund how about this ????

Got an email saying my order had been processed, expect your phone in 2 days, 6 days later, no phone.

I rang them and was told that there had been a problem and I would have to buy a £10 voucher to enable the phone to be delivered. I said ok without thinking really, and then changed my mind thinking it wasnt as much as a bargain, but I was then told it was too late and the order had been processed!

So looks like i am waiting for the phone to arrive before sending it back under the 14 day cooling off period, if I have to pay postage, I'm going to kick up a fuss!

I was also told that the reason the deal had been changed was because "our foreighn friends have got wind of the offer and bought loads to sell in their shops back home"

The MOTOFONE F3 from Motorola is simple, functional and fashionable.

Normally you need to but a £10 top-up with these PAYG phones however that requirement seems to have been dropped just now so the phone is only £9.99 delivered.

It is better to contemplate writing a malicious comment that can make you appear stupid, than to write and confirm it.

...although it's the oddest phone I've ever seen - somehow retro (in the way you have to do texts) and modern (because of the keyboard). I'd love to meet the designer.
