    Good Morning Stroma, Ampersand etc

Got an Refusal this morning from Parking Eye, with a Popla code.

Having put this in the popla code checker it comes up with the following :
    Code summary
Issuing operator: ParkingEye Ltd (Code: 606)
Date code generated: Thu Mar 20 2014
    Code sequence number: 048
    Deadline information
Your appeal deadline is Thu Apr 17 2014
You have 22 day(s) remaining for your appeal to reach POPLA

I have looked at the post here :

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/63857139#Comment_63857139

and also the page here :

    http://www.parkingcowboys.co.uk/popla/

    as well as here :

    http://www.parkingcowboys.co.uk/parking-eye/

But i have NO IDEA ! what route to go down.

The car park has 1 hour free parking, i apparently went over by 20 minutes. It was out of shopping times, as in evening !

Help please.. or guidance which route to go down.

I have attached a link which shows my document incase its anything special:

Have a read of coupons sticky thread as well. What you are looking for is this

    1) not a genuine pre estimate of loss
    2) no authority or contract to issue tickets
    3) inadequate or non compliant signage

Those 3 will be winners, obviously expanded upon there are plenty of examples here.
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

You have no idea even though the NEWBIES top sticky thread gives you 'How to Win at POPLA' as a hyperlink, showing PE examples?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Also got an email back from Steve Clark This morning :

    Dear ****
Thanks for your letter of the *** March, the contents of which are noted.
I have made contact with Parking Eye and they have informed me that the attached letter was sent to you on March****.
This letter contains a valid POPLA verification code which should enable you to appeal to this independent service – you have around 28 days to get your appeal in.
Advice on how to do this is available on the POPLA website.
May I wish you all the best with your appeal.
    Kind regards
    Steve Clark

also tried logging into the popla website. Just to see how the submit form works, but not to submit yet !!

Comes up with this .. Which is really annoying as now i need to post for another £1.60

Verification number invalid - please re-enter the code. If it is not recognised please contact the operator who issued you with the verification code.

Why do you need to post for £1.60. Is it so big and heavy that postage incurs additional costs?

If you're planning on sending recorded/signed-for - DON'T! A (free) certificate of posting is all you need.

And try with a different web browser. Sometimes the POPLA site baulks at, for example, Firefox.
