Yeah £5 should get you a fair bit of fruit. I need to start eating some more fruit and vegetables myself. I have gotten very bad lately.

Just back from the birthday party, it was great, I thought OH was gonna wander around the shopping centre with DD (he doesn't normally do birthday parties) but he wanted to come, I was nervous about this as DD wasn't invited to the party and I know she would obv want to be on the softplay (I would have text the mam amd asked if I could pay for DD if I had realised OH was gonna come lol) anyway turned out ok, there was lots of younger siblings there and it was a place where u hire the place out so its not a fee per child thing, so all the other siblings were allowed to play.

Both kids had a whale of a time :) lots of fun was had, straight to bed for them when we got home, haven't heard a peep from them so far, fingers crossed for a lie in lol

We were so good, both me and OH fancied a take out but we would have had to use some of next weeks grocery money, so we decided not to get one and to treat ourselves to one when we get paid at the end of the month xx

Well done on resisting the temptation of a take away! We are divils for not organising food and then ordering a take away. Haven't ordered one in a few weeks now so feeling good about that.
