No, never result to insults.
Lots of talk about switching and lots of talk about partnerships!
Telling off a child/teenager is not "resulting (sic) to insults". Sounds like you have a problem with discipline.
Also you say you are not looking for someone to blame, but in your first post you say "I am let down by o2 here". So you ARE blaming o2, and what's worse can't even admit it! I don't think you are setting a very good to your teenager here.0 -

I thought it was obvious she lied about working for ofcom to encourage o2 to do something.
I am also disappointed with the outcome, essentially it means that other o2 customers are paying her bill for her.0 -
What can be the best way to avoid from expensive roaming charges while traveling to the different countries? Any Idea Please? I am traveling to several countries for business purpose but always face bitter experience of expensive bill while coming back to home country.....It's not just about the money0

O2 won't care. They are the same as all the others and will replace your contracts with new ones from an equivalent angry parent decamping from Vodafone or EE.
As has been pointed out a few times now.
They are NOT all the same & Tesco are the only providers who operate a child/teen suitable option.
You select your package & that's what they get. If they run out & need extra they can buy a top up like a payg.0 -
So whats the moral of the story here then ?0

I wish I'd been the CS rep that had to take that call, because I know exactly what my response would have been the minute the idle threats/lies started coming out.Understeer is when you hit a wall with the front of your car
Oversteer is when you hit a wall with the back of your car
Horsepower is how fast your car hits the wall
Torque is how far your car sends the wall across the field once you've hit it0 -

Me too!! I can't tell you the amount of times I was threatened with that on a call and I can categorically tell you it has no effect whatsover, other than giving the advisor a chuckle!!
And as others have said, it seems like OP was given the credit (if in fact that part is true), just to shut them up and get them off the phone.0
