You may want to edit that into paragraphs to make it easier to read but I think I've got the gist.
You need to get the finance company involved. The vehicle is a lemon and there is no way you should have to pay out that sort of money in the first few months of owning it. Having said that you don't really seem to have bothered much with any research when you bought it.
Are they a well known 'name' finance company?
was the warranty cost added on to the finance?0 -
no questions0

Black Horse shouldn't be a problem then, ring them and say you want to make a Section 75 claim. Basically section 75 of the Finance Act makes the finance company jointly liable for the state of the car. Explain, calmly
, everything that has happened, see what they advise and come back here and tell us.
ETA Oh and don't pay the garage 1 penny until you have sorted this out.0 -
Send the garage a letter headed "Official Complaint" and note that you were told you had to take out the extended warranty (They cannot insist you take the cover) and that it was also miss sold due to you not being able to claim on it due to the lack of service history.
Keep the letter concise and polite also get someone else to proof read the letter so you can use paragraphs0 -
Thankyou I will0

One slight correction.
It's actually Section 75 of the Consumer credit act.0 -
it's a wonder we got home it was the injector pipes had bust we drove 2 hours with desal pouring from the engine just to get home ..
Umm, why? Why on _earth_ did you not call for it to be recovered? Apart from any consequential damage to the car and the environmental pollution, diesel spilt on roads is utterly lethal to other road users.4.plus the pulley wheel then if that wasn't enough last week the cam belt as gone and no more driving
This is almost certainly caused by the diesel spraying about everywhere for two hours - and it wouldn't surprise me at all if the AFM was related, too.0 -

And if it becomes known that the car was driven for 2 hours whilst knowing that there was a major engine problem, I can see this causing a lot of problems with refards to getting the full amount refunded.0 -
Is this the big Fiat dealers in Bolton?
