I think this is the best SIM only 12 month deal for Ovivo refugees

Carphonewarehouse are doing a T-Mobile 12 month sim only deal that is £11 per month for 500 mins Unlimited text and 1GB of data. ( I think you can tether that too)
They themselves are paying £37.20 automatic cashback which takes the deal down to £7.90 per month.
Topcashback are paying £20.20 cashback which takes the deal down to £6.22!
I don't think you will get a better deal than that. It involves 12 month commitment but at least it isn't 18 or 24.
My partner has just ordered it and the TCB tracked instantly.

Or if you already have a Talk Talk Phone & BB bundle the same deal on Talktalk mobile will cost £5.62 a month.
Of course no good unless you're already a Talk Talk customer...0 -
Decent 30 day contract.
Talk Mobile Sim Only. £7 a month. 250m. 5000txt. 500MB.0 -
T mobile do charge for using voicemail on some of the contracts. Anyone knows about this one. Otherwise a decent deal.I wanted to thankyou a million times but its a shame that I can press the button just once :T0

if you don't mind a 24-month contract, and cashback through redemption, you could get a handset, the Huawei Ascend Y300, with the t-mobile bundle of 100 minutes, 1gb data and unlimited texts, for the equivalent of £5.99 per month. I just tried to post a link but MSE clearly doesn't like it - its on the mobiles.co.uk website.
there are a few other handsets with this deal too.0 -
Pretty sure that tethering isn't allowed on any of the Tmobile SIM only contracts unless you buy a booster as and when required.
I've tethered a bit on my Tmob sim only £11 a month deal and had no issues but I don't do it often on my Android phone.
Never trust information given by strangers on internet forums0 -
I've often wondered how they know if you're tethering0

I think they have software that guesses whether you are tethering, based on the pattern of your data usage.
I have no idea how it works but there are false positives. Many people on the giffgaff forum were apparently terminated for tethering but claim that they never have.0 -
All my family on a Virgin Sim only 30 day rolling contract. It's £15 per month, obviously no tie in beyond 30 days notice, and unlimited minutes, texts and data. It drops to £12 after Year 1.
For anyone who uses their phone a fair bit (and it allows tethering) this is an excellent deal. We've found the coverage excellent across the UK. All networks have their blank spots, but it's been really good. :TIf you want proper advice, please consult a legal professional. I am not one! Thanks.0 -

Point is though that Ovivo users didn't use their phones that much.0 -
I was told by tmobile before I signed up that tethering is allowed on any sim only that has limited allowances. So my contract has a 1gb allowance & can be tethered ( & I have regularly) . They do not allow tethering on their UNLIMITED plans. Also three have limited their tethering on their new unlimited plans to 2GB per month now as well .0
