You have had good advice - I can only echo what others have already said. I understand you feel that your oldest should always have a 'home' to come back to - and he does! wherever you are. He isn't going to mind sleeping on the sofa or an airbed on a temporary basis. He has 'flown the nest now'. He accepts that. now you go and look at two beds the council can offer you with YOU and youngest in mind.0
