All I can do is thank you for bumping my thread. It helps.
Defending MSE? You mean correcting someone regarding their consumer rights! Someone who thought that because MSE advertised OVIVO they had a claim against them, which is completely incorrect.
Got any more accusations you can throw around?! :rotfl:0 -

I haven't claimed that anyone has a claim against MSE have I?
My opinion is simply that the timing is suspicious. If Martin is such a good advocate for money saving then you have to wonder why he didn't tell us about Ovivo 2 years ago. I wish he had because I would have got 16 more months from it.
You are the one that jumped in this thread talking about LBAs and county court claims.
All I did was offer an opinion and your reaction was hysterical.0 -

Dear o dear. You read through my previous posts regarding this and accuse me of being a Martin Lewis disciple, yet when I try and explain why I have defended MSE you play the fool and say "I never mentioned that". I was talking about the person in the other post you brought up. Come on, keep up!
Why dont you contact MSE direct and ask them why they havent advertised OVIVO previously. They will be the only people that know the answer.0 -

I have asked the question on their forum. Are you saying that they don't read their own forum?
By the way, I did not read through your previous posts. I was in the thread while you were making those posts and they struck me as fanboyish then.
All I asked on this thread is why ML had not mentioned Ovivo in the last 2 years and your rather bizarre response was to tell me to put a small claim in at the courts. Which of us looks unreasonable there, do you think?0 -

I think you'll find my first option was "Ask him" - Which apparently you have done so will have to await a response.
The rest of the post was incase you was as deluded as the person in the other thread thinking they had a claim against MSE.
Fanboyism? :rotfl:
Superb! If thats the name given when advising someone of their consumer rights, then obviously im a fanboy!0 -

So you responded with "Ask him" after I had already asked him? How odd.The rest of the post was incase you was as deluded as the person in the other thread thinking they had a claim against MSE.
So there you go. You admit that you didn't answer my rather reasonable post, you actually answered somebody from a different thread just in case I was like him. That really says it all.Fanboyism? :rotfl:

Try doing it in the right thread and you won't look quite so hysterical or confused.0 -

Where in your first post does it say that you have already asked MSE? Ive looked back but cant seem to see it. How odd.pdoherty76 wrote: »So there you go. Again, my first response was "Ask him". No point asking any of us - only MSE will know the answerpdoherty76 wrote: »Try doing it in the right thread and you won't look quite so hysterical or confused.
Confused or hysterical?:rotfl: Dont mention my posts from another thread and I wont comment on them!0 -

I posted the question on his forum. Isn't that asking him? Or are you saying that MSE don't read their own forums?Again, my first response was "Ask him". No point asking any of us - only MSE will know the answer
It is a discussion forum. Should we bother to post anything here or just email Martin directly?Confused or hysterical?:rotfl: Dont mention my posts from another thread and I wont comment on them!
Your very first post in this thread contained a suggestion to take MSE to the small claims court.
So yes, confused and hysterical just about sums it up.
And thanks for continuing to keep my question at the top by bumping this thread.0 -

:rotfl:You call me hysterical, yet you expect Martin to sit and read through every single thread incase there is a question for him!
Again, your asking a question only MSE can answer, so why not contact them direct. No-one on here can give you a definitive answer to your question.
I dont know why you keep thanking me for bumping this thread. Appears no-one else is interested due to the lack of replies!0 -

Why would I want to ask him directly? I don't expect he would answer, or answer honestly anyway.
I started a thread in a discussion forum in order to discuss it. But as you say, people aren't replying so perhaps it is a more difficult question than I thought.
But I am grateful to you for ensuring this doesn't fall off the first page. You are doing a sterling job.0
