In any case, fat chance of any compensation for a short service outage. They've stolen my entire balance of between £40 and £50 as punishment for not using the phone and won't give it back!

My phone's not working as I type this (iPhone 6 + EE 4G Sim). Phone was working all fine (4G etc.) until around 22:00 tonight. Then suddenly "No signal" so can't make/receive any calls. After much resetting etc., I can get EE signal sometimes and the only thing that is working is the 3G data. 4G, calls in or out, SMS text etc., all not working.

    Anyone having similar issue?

Was an old T Mobile customer for 15 years and when I tried to renew my 12 month full monty sim only contract I was informed I had to leave or go to EE.
They made me an offer I could not turn down but after only two days with them I struggled to make or recieve calls to anyone or any number at home or in my surrounding area.
Numerous calls to EE Tech later I was told as all was well according to their system it must be my phone or the sim card. I was asked to swap sims with my wifes phone but this had no effect even on T Mobile it was hard to make a call, so rang Tech againn this time I was told there were two transmitters out in my area; so when I asked why was I lied to by the last supprot staff member they could not say.

This practice is very common with EE these days so I asked to close my account and leave under there own distance selling rules or 14 day cooling off period. I was told I would get my Pak code in 3 to 4 days.

That time came and went and when I called back I was told they had moved me back to t mobile. How I asked when that account was closed and who authorised it, no reply.
I was told I was on the same full monty terms as before but on a Temp 30 day contract untill they could resolve the problem getting my Pak code!

When I next logged on to my T Mobile account I foundmy number had been returned but I was on another account 12 months contract.
After my wife pulled me of the ceiling I called back this time being greeted by a pre recorded message I have never heard before saying " We see you have had some problems by the level of calls made therefore we will pass you to a specialist team who will help you".
For the first time with EE and after speaking to 3 depts I was given my Pak code.

I wate with anticipation to see if my account closes as it should with just less than 1 months charges, knowing my luck EE will probably bill for 12 months for an account I did not ask for or want.
