Have you sent off one of these to S'der for the Lloyds Club account, as td_007 says you need to send in a bank statement for the account that the payments coming from, but how do we do this if it's for a new account.

When I sent my form off to Santander I sent them a print off of the account statement from the website and this was accepted.

I had expected to be able to set up a SO from my new Club account to my new Club Monthly Saver account but it didn't appear as an option on the drop down SO menu. The way around this is to simply enter the details of the Club Monthly Saver yourself .

Apologies but I'm a bit confused with this.

I have opened my Lloyds Club Account and Club Monthly Saver (both are showing on my online banking homepage). How do I set up the SO? I have tried clicking on the DD/SO tab on each account but there is no option to create one.

There's no mention of this on the current Santander DD request form.

No I didn't send a copy bank statement as there is no mention of this on the DD form. So now I suppose I'll get a letter asking for this. Santander don't make it easy.
