Hi andrewthomas2008,
Yes. Once your Club Lloyds Monthly Saver has matured, it'll be converted to an Easy Saver and you'll then be able to open a new Club Lloyds Monthly Saver. We'll write to you before maturity.
I hope this helps,

So the existing account number will go to the Easy Saver?
And the new Club Lloyds monthly saver will have a different number, so requiring the old SO to be cancelled and a new one set up?
Going to be away on holiday at the time, but will have internet access to open a new account.0 -

Hi jennifernil,
That's right, yes. The account number will remain the same when the Club Lloyds Monthly Saver is changed to an Easy Saver.
If you set up a new Club Lloyds Monthly Saver, that will require a new standing order. You'll be able to cancel the standing order to what is currently your Club Lloyds Monthly Saver through Internet Banking.
Thanks,

I recently set up a new Club Lloyds Monthly Saver and had trouble with the new standing order, so the first payment went twice (not from lloyds)
Can you confirm that this won't affect my eligibility for the account?
On the telephone, I was told that Lloyds might bounce the additional payment back to the sending account, but if not, it was fine to have more than I should and it wouldn't affect the account (or the interest rate!) but want to be sure!
One piece of feedback for your website team though: it seems you can only apply for the monthly saver from your main website, not from the options available in internet banking for new accounts (I spent a long time looking!).
They might want to make this more obvious or add a link to the application page..
Best wishes,

You can apply from within internet banking although it is not obvious.
On the right hand side of your main internet banking page, under compare and apply, select savings "instant access accounts" and you will be taken to a page which has links to the instant access savings account applications. The Club Lloyds regular saver is one of these.
I applied and opened my second one the day after my first finished.0 -
I could not apply from the main Lloyds webpage, just kept getting 'error with form' messages. Decided to give it a go from within the internet banking, done with only 1 small problem.
Could see the new saver a/c immediately on-line but could not select it for a SO as one of my a/c's - it wasn't in the drop down selection. So just set it up as a 'new payee' instead. Job done.Seen it all, done it all, can't remember most of it.0
