I have a Lloyds Club Platinum current sole account @ 4%

A joint Club Lloyds current account with husband % 4 %

Can my husband open a Club Lloyds current sole account himself @ 4%?

As long as we can fund all 3 current accounts with the £1,500 per month is this ok.
    Your account T&Cs are here...

Subject to passing Lloyds credit checks, you can have these 3 accounts even if you are unable to pay £1,500 into each of the three each month. Lloyds will charge you £5 a month for each account that doesn't have £1,500 paid in every month.

It should, however, not be difficult to pay £1,500 into each of the 3 accounts if you have any money in any instant access account that has internet facilities.

You might have to log out of your own Lloyds accounts, and clean your browsing history and cookies.

If things don't work online, your husband should try opening his sole account on the phone or in Branch.

I seem to remember that if one already has a Club Lloyds account, whether it be a sole or, in this case, joint, any request for a second account has to be made in branch.

Possibly covered earlier in this thread?

Can be done over the phone takes about 30 minutes. Definitely can't be done online.

I think that that is correct from what I remember reading previously on this thread.

Does anyone know if it is possible to download a copy of the statements for the Lloyds Monthly Saver prior to closing it? Ideally as a PDF - I have looked but can't find anything.

I have the option to "go paperless" for my Club Lloyds monthly saver. Don't you?

    From your online area...
Once you've chosen to view your statements and/or correspondence online, you'll view
    • online credit card and personal loan statements, and online personal current, savings account and personal loan correspondence in Portable Document Format (PDF). You can view, print and download PDFs. To do this, you'll need to have a PDF reader installed.
