Iphone 5S and No Service

Hello I am after some advice, has anyone else got an Iphone 5S and has continuous no service? I have just upgraded through Carphone Warehouse to the above on the O2 network. I have been back to Carphone twice and had the phone replaced and the second time they replaced the sim. Apparently NO ONE else has had this problem,…

No problem, make sure you back the phone up before the appointment (and do a fresh install of 7.1 if you haven't upgraded yet) as Apple fix almost all the problems by just replacing the handset.
