Parking Charge Notice in own space - UKCPS

The appeal will be heard on or soon after 28th April. Hopefully I've got everything right with this, I can't see how UKCPS can defend their lack of signage at the entrance or how they can claim there has been a loss.
I'll let you know the outcome when I hear. Thanks again for all the help!0 -
They cannot defend anything Chris. They go to the Managing Agent and tell them that their parking problems are over, they will keep the riff raff out of the car park, and pay the MA £10- £20 for every ticket they issue. They do not tell the MA that they will ticket each and every resident who does not comply with the daft T & C.
I am in the process of getting UKPC thrown out of a block of flats where I have a property, I suggest that you emulate. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Well who'd have thought it... just received this letter from UKCPS, this is the PCN that they never left on my car. Still waiting to hear about the POPLA appeal.

I bet you can think of a few "gestures" you would like in the direction of UKCPS. They really are a nasty company. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

It did make me laugh. Trying to make out they're doing me a favour by not pursuing me for parking in my own space.0

POPLA appeal successful.
It is the Appellant’s case that the parking charge notice was issued incorrectly.
The Operator has not produced a copy of the parking charge notice, nor any evidence to show a breach of the conditions of parking occurred, nor any evidence that shows what the conditions of parking, in fact, were.
Accordingly I have no option but to allow the appeal.
Thanks for all your help!!0 -
