Add your feedback on energy supplier Extra Energy

I know I said I would be saying nothing in respect of Jo Robertson's response but after rereading the 18 emails I have received from her since the end of April this year I am sharing this extract from an email I received in mid May.
"We are working really hard to put things right, I know I’ve mentioned it before but delivering good service is really important to me personally, so we always take seriously any feedback that we get, and give real attention to any recurring issues that we see".
Jo I make no apologies for disclosing the content of one of your emails as the recurring theme in them has always been one of striving to get things right but enough is enough.
They say that actions speak louder than words and after many, many months of words, perhaps action would be the response many of us would prefer to see!0 -

Hi Attiya
Any chance of chasing mine. Checked joined you on the 5 May not 2 April as originally documented. However still way past the 6 month stage.
Thanks.
Good morning Attiya,
Please can you give me an update of the status of my bill.
Kind regards
Mable.0 -

Almost 7 months now since joining and still no bill, it does not appear my complaint has gone very far!
Tried chasing this up again today via phone but still no further forward and still no bill!0 -
Good morning Attiya,
Please can you give me an update of the status of my bill.
Kind regards
Mable.
Please Attiya give Mable a bill soon or we could have a major incident !
Personally I'm very happy never to receive a bill from EE, and continue to take you up on your offer of free electricity. Many thanks0 -
Unbelievable what's going on here with customers. If they can't generate bills they should give up and close down.
Waiting for the next excuse. Printer run out of ink, or our broadband internet bill has been overlooked and not paid? Hence the sudden silence from EE.0 -
i signed up with ee about 5 weeks ago and have heard nothing from them. i just called them and they said that i'm moving to them in 2 days (24th nov) so i went to the meter and gave them my electricity reading. so far so good.
i then asked what the procedure was to move from a 1 rate meter to a 2 rate as i have just ripped out my aged boiler and replaced it with storage heaters. their response was that they don't do meter changes and that i'd have to get an electrician to do it.
surely this is wrong? doesn't the local electricity board or whoever own the meter & it's an offence to meddle with it?
oh they also stated that if i want to leave i'll have to pay a penalty as i took i 1 year fixed rate
advice please!0 -
Glad I found this thread. I would save some £700 over my current arrangements with EDF if I switched to extraenergy.
There's no way I will switch to these clowns if they can't even arrange a monthly bill. Not receiving regular bills was one of the reasons I left npower.
Best of luck to all those who bravely tested extraenergy.0 -
I rang them again yesterday and they confirmed still no sign of a bill for me.
However again I got them to confirm all my meter readings from the opening figures to my latest ones and we agree the figures are what I have been recording.
As with the gas supply I have now moved that away and I am now going to pay with the new supplier by qty variable dd which suits me fine. I hate monthly dd's and as soon as I find a more competitive electric supplier I will transfer that as well and very happy to pay the early termination fee of £25 just for a peace of mind.0
