Add your feedback on energy supplier Extra Energy

It's not that simple. Many people are struggling to pay their gas and electric bills and they need to know they are up to date with their payments. With any other supplier you can easily give your readings and check your balance, but not with this useless company.
Besides the price one of the things that attracted us to EE was their online facilities. We like to manage all our accounts online
and thought being a new dynamic company they were the business.
When it comes to their customer service those guys do the very best they can for the customer but we do not want to make friends with them we only want what we signed up for and to us we have gone back in time. What we are having to do now is what I did 30 years ago by calculating everything manually and having to keep a record.
There was a EE rep on here who was very helpful but even she has given up on us.0 -
Success at last.
Just managed to get a few reviews uploaded plus left a comment on the recent Telegraph article.
Not trying to make things difficult for EE, just trying to set the record straight and hopefully let people see through the corporate spin being promulgated in the article.
I know it's the duty of every MD/CEO to talk up their company but why not break from convention and be honest for a change, admit they have cocked up and then show they mean to improve matters by moving quickly to put things right.
Enjoyed reading your review in the Daily Telegraph.0 -

At least Attiya was trying to help with our ee issues . . .

If you read my posts I have always been very complimentary about her and praised her for the handwork she has put in. Its possible and only possible she like some of us have lost faith in the company at the moment.
She was doing an excellent job as an ambassador for her company and hopefully she will return to this forum;.0 -

Perhaps all the EE staff are on zero hours contracts and her time was up!
Or allegedly, all the staff have walked out because the wages run for this month didn't happen and they didn't believe the bosses when they issued the following statement:
"We're working hard to get your salary payment service up and running soon!":rotfl:0 -

Haha. Wouldn't be surprised if this was true.0 -

I have attempted to join this company, however if initial results are anything to go by I am pleased I can stop it before it starts.
Sent me an email to which they told me I had Five days to respond to, I responded within a matter of three or four Hours of receiving their email. recieved an automated reply telling me they would TRY and respond within 10 WORKING days, I am still awaiting a response to this email. Glad I am NOT under contract with this company. there is a caution on the web site saying not enough feed back recieved, well I hope my experience is considered,
Will move to another Company recommended on the Martin Money Saving Web site.0
