Thanks tara, called them earlier and got what i thought was a very symphetic lady, promised me a call back within a hour,i told her i dont beleive a word she says and all other problems i had with this company,as expected never called back,im going to wait til 23rd june as that is when ombudsmans final descision needs to be fullfilled by ee,when i dont get my final bill and compensation i will file a court claim against them

Can you work out your final bill? If you can, you can use it to work out the money they owe you to claim off them. Even if your calculation is not %100 correct , they will respond by working it out and ultimately produce the final bill (to admit or defend). This works quicker if your calculations of the money owed is higher than the actual!

After chasing yet again I finally got my final bill which I can't understand, and despite reassurances I wouldn't be charged exit fees, I have been, so far they owe me £200, not sure the opening reads they have are correct.

If you don't have the benefit of Excel here is a website where you can calculate your usage.

Been with them for 6 months for a property we have not yet moved in. Currently in £500 credit and after reading this looks like it's going to me a mission getting any money back :(

Spoke to one of their adviser's who stated we would only get a refund after 12 months.
