I've had an email from EE!!!!
In reply to my email (the last I sent was Feb) they notice I e not yet had my bill and will send it out in the next 7 working days. No mention of my DD reduction and apparently the bill will show the rebate correction.
Shan't hold my breath, but at least they have finally acknowledge my existence.

They have at last contacted me as well after phone call and christ knows how many emails much the same as cats less the part about DD reduction or rebate correction, will be with them a year at beginning of June, guess they trying to keep to the rules re at least 1 bill a year

What a coincidence! The day after the small claims court order is served, my EE energy credit refund is magically appearing in my account. Goes to show if they owe you money, after complaining and getting ignored or given false promises for weeks on end, taking them to small claims court and getting them to admit they owe you money is the surest and quickest way to get your money. They need their backside kicked into action.
That's great, Tara. From other posts here it seems others are also getting some positive action from EE at last.

Can I ask how long after you left that you got your payment and how much the court costs were and whether the refund included them. Likewise exit fees if you left before end of contract.

My refund came after exactly 20 weeks and several hours of pestering. I got the ombudsman involved but I don't know whether it was them that prompted payment. I've had nothing more than an acknowledgement from them.

My gas moves next month to another supplier, had an issue with the direct debit date, new supplier corrected and replied same day which is a good sign.

Lets see how EE get on with my bill and leccy account.

I think im in for a long haul but im in good debit, just EE now need to reduce my direct debit again to reflect just supplying me with only 1 utility now.
Will i need to make contact as I firmly think they will carry on taking the full amount, time will tell.

Got a great dual fuel deal which started 12 December 2014, but I have no idea how much energy I have used in 6 months.

A feeling that all is not well, and a shocker of a bill on the way. I am just building up a credit.

    Honestly no information at all.

Seriously I am back in the 80's

After a few months of wrangling and constant phone calls I have received a bill from Extra Energy. The problem is I believe that it is too high. I have kept a note of the readings I have given and was wondering whether anyone would be kind enough to help me work out my bill? unfortunately maths is not my strong point.

My First readings I gave on the 24th October were

    Electric - 33348
    Gas - 5189

I left them on the 4th February and my meter readings that I gave them were

    Electric 34936
    Gas 5537

I would be eternally grateful if someone could help me work these out for me. Otherwise I am just going to have to pay the amount I owe as it's my word against them.

    Thanks

Well in another 4 days Mum will have been with them for 12 months and no sign of a bill. However I work the figures out for her each month so no surprises.
