I had a voicemail from Erudio when I was at work advising they were giving me a courtesy call. Has anyone else had this? My loans are deferred until June next year.

Seem to be lots of reports of PAP letters being sent to Erudios victims, anyone on here had one?

A whole load were sent in 2017 it seems. They are some kind of pre-action letter, which is a bit worrying.

Quick Update: asked erudio for payment details because I am earning over the threshold for the first time this year and Erudio told me speak AIC as they are managining it. I never because I should have been deferred every year and Erudio are owners.

Then in Sept I get annual statement and then letter saying Dryden are now managing account. Week later PAP letter arrives. I send it back using blank PAP form as I didn’t use their disputing the debt with a brief history. Dryden replied back saying it’s been put on hold and now back with Erudio.

I’m waiting for their next move.
