ERUDIO student loans help

I for one will be waiting with anticipation at what will be coming through my door to explain what they say has happened and the next steps they suggest. Im already mapping out my FOS complaint and i know this next stage will just be more evidence for the case.

There is still no sign of a letter from Erudio confirming a new date for the end of my current deferment period, but in the post this morning I received another DAF with a letter accompanying it stating the original deferment end date (which comes in just 4 weeks time)! The letter I received today is dated March 25th (!), so I can only assume that it is supposed to be the first DAF that Erudio sent out. However, sending one out dated 25th March still shows a failure on Erudio's part to comply with the requirement to give me 8 weeks in which to return my DAF. I also can't believe it has taken Royal Mail that long to deliver it- although it is dated March 25th, I reckon it was only sent out by Erudio this week.

Backdating letters is an old trick used by debt collectors.

One of the many issues is that Arrow is a debt collector, and does not seem able to manage live none defulted loans.

The fools from BIS who allowed this to happen should hang.

Someone should point out to her that the "maturity date" is entirely invented by Erudio and exists only to complicate matters.

That is what I suspected, Dave. It's disgusting that our loans were ever sold to a Debt Collection Agency, who are of course trying to employ typical DCA tactics of lying and harassing people.

Thats why the due diligence report is so important as well, it should open all parties up to extreme criticism, as well as showing how they were selected and if BIS actually checked their record, the structure of the shell company etc etc.

One of Mark Filer's 138 shell companies, which appear to funnel the funds offshore, on behalf of some other shell companies presumably controlled by Arrow Guernsey (tax haven) and Wilmington Delaware (tax haven)?
