ERUDIO student loans help

The case really existed. I can't discuss it.
I am genuinely interested in the Erudio situation and consumer issues generally. I am willing to help with matters where I can. No, I am not fishing for work as I have enough other work to deal with.

So why delete your helpful posts?0 -
I did not intend to offend by using the phrase "Still going on?"
I sincerely hoped that things would have changed.

Anthony, i dont doubt that at all!
So we can move forward, maybe a brief explanation about why you deleted your posts would help us all move forward. We dont get much help, as you know, so to waylay suspicions maybe this would help if you could offer a few words as to why you deleted your very helpful posts before. Maybe there is nothing to it, but it did shock quite a few of us way back when when it happened.0 -
I'm seriously considering filing a claim against Erudio, so those posts would have helped me immensely.0

At the time I was reading some professional guidelines about lawyers commenting on matters and seemingly “campaigning” for causes and the potential for this to comprise one’s professional independence. I reacted to that and took down my posts. Therefore, I am much more circumspect about what I say in public forums. On the whole, professionals are a lot more circumspect about saying things in public forums. I realise that this does not necessarily help forums such as this but that is the reason.

Thanks Anthony. Like you said before then, if anyone has an issue it is best to mail you directly and use the forum for general comments etc.
Its always good to get updates though, no matter how general they are. We all have an interest in not be messed about by this consortium and its terrible customer service.0 -
Just recieved a nonsence letter, dated the 31st August (two weeks to Italy), saying I've not provided information for my defement even though I'm currently in 'complaints' - computer generated apparently.
Anyway, I've just phoned them and they say they sent me another letter yesterday saying my complaint concerning the T&C modification has not been upheld.
Does anyone have one of these letters in relation to modded T&C's and could you scan a copy or just give me the jist of what it says, so I don't have to wait another two weeks for it to arrive.
So, what now?
I'm going to register with the FOS now but what are my immediate options, bearing in mind that I'm in Italy?
Thanks,

I have spoken to Anthony on more than one occasion & found him nothing but helpful & genuinely interested in the Erudio situation, so I don't think there is anything dodgy about him. Just my opinion.
It is a shame that he deleted his very useful posts though - they were very informative.

Well said, and dont forget, he isnt obliged to stick around and offer us his advice. However, the quick deletion of posts was rather surprising, so maybe an explanation would help get things back on track and restore some trust in the community.
And if it does by chance help him advance his own writing/research, then i for one am glad to help, it seems like a good enough cause to me. It would be a win win, which in my books is a good result!
+1
Always found Anthony very helpful and genuine. He is under no obligation to help but has a good grasp of the DAF and contract issues.0 -

Inevitable. If they upheld it they would be admitting their form & T&Cs are not a requirement for you to defer, and theyre not going to do that unless forced by the courts to abandon those lies.
FOS will be the same.Still rolling rolling rolling......<
