This is also the latest, without doubt, that i have been waiting for my DAF to arrive. 5-6 weeks left and counting. Has anyone actually had theirs yet?

    Nope.

Though I've already written out my letter to send as I won't be using it again this year. Round 2...Fight!

Did you ever get a resolution first time around? Or is it still with the Ombudsman?
  • I am in arrears of around £600 on a £7000 debt. I don't want the hassle of them cancelling my deferment (im now deferred after failing to supply paperwork on time) -- I don't trust this company at all but want to get out of arrears and continue deferring each year as I have been....so best way to pay assuming I don't want them knowing if I have any bank account/s in the uk??? can I make smaller payments over 6 months or a year? do I have to pay it all in 1 go? thanks

I would contact them via email (so you have a log of your request). I received mine with about 6 weeks to go I think.

    Good luck!

Still with the Ombudsman after I rejected the initial offer (24th Feb)

Well erudio won't admit they made a calculation error and the fos don't care. So I'm off the independent assorted tonight. Erudio do still have my bank account details to so will be reporting them regarding this to my bank and fos and will be doing a access information request to ensure they have been removed. Why do they flaunt the rules.

They won't admit mistakes. !!!!!! if my ten year old neice can see their error the monkies they have working for them must be able to calculate correctly.

About 5 weeks to go for me. Have requested twice and they have said it will be posted but not arrived yet.

Anyone received a DAF without chasing or even after chasing?

Is the DAF the deferment form by any chance? I haven't received mine yet, which is why I was checking in here!

DAF = Deferment Application Form... The new and *cough* improved form was ready at the end of February.... If you intend to use one get on to erudio straight away.... I suspect there may be some delays in their processing....
...wouldn't you think they could just have the forms online that could then be printed out? Especially as they are so keen to use technology to make us all aware of our new terms and conditions.

I actually won't be eligible to defer any more since they changed the threshold. I'd like to know exactly how much they want me to pay though.
