ERUDIO student loans help

Rich I don't think you can deduct anything from your gross wage (apart from some disability payments) - I wondered if I could pay into the new workplace pensions and therefore put myself back under the threshold as they are deducted before tax too but I believe they won't allow it. I will also only be over the threshold because of a personal pension I am now drawing money from and they won't allow me not to include that also (at the gross amount too) - so it appears it has to include any pension income but can't include any pension payments out!0

Best to keep that one hush hush and think the person lucky if it is true Brooker Dave. One can only wish we all have the same fate fall onto us...if only not to have to think about them ever again.0

I have just written to BIS to seek clarification on the loan cancellation. Loan maturity should be thrown back at them.
Hopefully BIS will reply has I have highlighted how many more complaints will result if erudio attempt this. Read your terms and conditions and then email it back to erudio and of course write to them also quoting the rules.
Enough is enough, I'm reporting them to my local Police and Action Fraud:

I'd urge everyone who's been subjected to this particular con to do the same - we have evidence!!0 -
My wife's deferment is just coming up and she is £9 over the new deferment threshold. However, she does have childcare vouchers deducted each month of £243 plus also a flexi-payment which also deducts £73 from her monthly salary (she's bought some additional holiday days). As these deductions are before tax, are they included in the deferment calculation (i.e. can we deduct these from monthly income which would bring her well below the threshold)?
Is there any other income, e.g. Child Benefit, currently paid to your wife that could be transferred to your name? I think CB's usually paid to the parent who is main carer, but if your wife's working, that could easily be you!0 -
Given what a proven bunch of liars and thieves Arrow Global and Erudio are, nothing surprises me now. They will stoop to any tactic. Has been their modus operandi as debt collectors for years now. Lies and misinformation at every turn designed to extract money they are not entitled to.Still rolling rolling rolling......

Just wondering if a request for a cca puts your loan in dispute. I requested and received a cca from old student loans. Erudio are failing to reply to my emails and letters. Is this just them or could I be in dispute unknowingly? They do talk to me on the phone.0

Mmmmm IF Erudio was commiting a criminal act by trying to make borrowers pay back their loans before they were due or weren't due at all and their auditors knew about this, then they (the auditors) would have to report them to SOCA under the Money Laundering and Proceeds of Crime Act......................... (notice the "IF" - I'm implying nothing ) - we could do with a solicitor who knows about these things to represent us.0

I wrote several emails to Erudio as part of a formal complaint. Eventually I received a letter from them stating they would reply to me in 8 weeks. It's months later now and nothing. Is this the time to complain to the Ombudsman?
Erudio took a payment from me in April which I received an apology letter for (I'm earning well under the threshold). I then checked my account and they took one the following month too (without any notification). I called them using the bank's telephone and they promised to refund the amount within the next working week. Didn't happen (surprise!) so the bank said they'd do a direct debit indemnity claim and refund the money to me. They then advised that I cancel the direct debit. Which I did.
However, I'm now worried that when my loan runs out in 2025 (or even when my next deferral is due) Erudio will claim that I cancelled a direct debit so essentially I'll be in default and demand the whole lot back. I know 2025 is a long way off but it's all I can think about now (I am very easily stressed). Should I re-instruct my direct debit? I really don't want to run the risk of having this happen again....
I have 2 loans with Erudio and one with Thesis so am I correct in thinking that SLC should be dealing with my deferments? I never received any notice that my loans were being sold to Erudio - the first I heard was when I received the letter from them stating they'd taken my money!
I also had the incorrect interest rates charged by Erudio too and received a very confusing letter about that with my statementmeh...0 -

The need to have an active DD is just another of Erudio's pretend rules.
Is there anything in the act or the agreement that says you need one (unless you are paying)?
The solution to the Eurdio problem is the use of the courts to enforce the agreements and slap Erudio into line."Love you Dave Brooker! x"
