Sooo, had a letter back about my deferment applications sent on 21st March 2014. Sent 3 months payslips, couldn't find my p60 so rang then and they said to send 3 months bank statements.Sent these. Guess what the letter said - I have supplied insufficient evidence because I haven't sent the p60!!!!!!!
Currently on hold to speak to them. Have found my P60 so will send that, but have the funniest feeling now that by the time they have processed that it will be past the deadline for deferment - 12th may. What a surprise!!!!!!!!!!

Update - the advisor advised that that letter was wrong, he has confirmed that my student loan has been deferred. He also confirmed that they will not be passing any info to CRAs unless the loan goes into default. He said signing the deferment form did not agree to changing terms and conditions.
I have asked for all this info in writing. He said he would. Lets wait and see....................0 -
