Where did you find this Duzzybuff? Can you provide a link please? I can't find it but I'm struggling with my eyesight today after a very computer heavy day at work. Thanks.Been reading up on consumer forum I'm on a mission tonight. Erudio watch your poo pipes... I'm coming at you with a pineapple.
You should sell tickets for this, sure there will be a lot of takers :rotfl:And I find that looking back at you gives a better view, a better view...0 -

I don't know the details as I wasn't there to speak to them (it could have been Erudio or SLC, but more likely to be Erudio). I've never given Erudio a phone number, I may have given this number to SLC when I originally applied for loans (over 15 years ago). Bit !!!!ed about that, and I know it's going to cause aggro if they keep calling my parents!
Further to this, they are now calling my parent's landline at least once per day, sometimes twice. The past week my parent's have told them that I won't deal with them by telephone, and to put all correspondence in writing. But still they continue to call daily. :mad:0 -

That's rubbish  Have you made an official complaint to them/FOS?
Sounds like I'm getting off lightly at the moment as they appear to be honouring my request for all dealings to be in writing, even if they can't supply it in a format I can actually read.
I think they're sitting on my a/c until it goes over 3 months arrears so they can call it in.....
Am I too cynical? And I find that looking back at you gives a better view, a better view...0 -
No, you're not! Any company that steals DD, breaks all the rules surrounding that issue, then lies to the government (BIS) about it, are capable of anything. Best to be on guard unfortunately and expect the unexpected, evidence suggests that is the wise approach!0

A new stalling tactic that I haven't had before - I emailed my official complaint letter to them last week,& had an email reply today saying I need to resubmit the email as they can't open the attached document.
The document I can open on my own & work computers with no problem
The paper copy I sent via RM was received on Monday - wonder if they've lost it....
Another email sent. And I find that looking back at you gives a better view, a better view...0 -
What format was it?
Yes the cant open the attached document thing is one of their standard delaying tactics. Complete bullsh!t normally.Still rolling rolling rolling......<

BIS have completed the internal review on FOI request for due diligence report:
https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/details_of_the_due_diligence_pro?nocache=incoming-561825#incoming-561825
No big surprise that they're still withholding the info (and even introduced a new exemption).
Feels like flogging a dead horse, but I'll ask the ICO for a decision, have seen other due diligence info released, so worth a go.0
