Well when I ay answered it should have just had one big word NO .

However once I had calmed down after reading it , phoning them andx putting the phone down twice once to "dan" who will be getting a personal mention about the way he talked to me.

I re read the letter and their "detailed " breakdown is non as such , three lines of what seem random numbers plucked out of the air.

Firstly my Gross earnings they include two salary sacrifices , it thy haven't taken my childcare or my pension deductions of it ( both of these are salary sacrifices and come of pre tax and NI. So thy are saying my income is over 300 pounds more when im not even taxed on it .

nxt they have still included Child maintainance in the breakdown , and the amount isn't even right , this isn't MY money its my childrens. Im sure my ex would be very happy to know they are using it as an income and want more or less a third of it as payment .

Finally they have included all of my child tax credit and wtc even the childcare element and even the figures they have put down on that are incorrect.

I need to do some sums back at work , but im pretty sure once my income is correct and my maintenance taken off I will be just under the threshold. ( I hope) but I feel all calculations should be correct before I pay them if I have to.

They also cant move the dd to my payday . instead they have provided me with bank details to pay. But surly if and when I do pay that would take me into arrears.

Im frankly !!!!ed off with the answer and th fact they have all the figures wrong. I need to calm down before putting my case to FOS.

In order to make an impact ( or try to)who else should I include in the email.

I honestly feel like crying , i'm going through redeployment at work and had three panic attacks because of erudio. I'm on less than I was three years ago when I deferred and they are stating I have to pay it

some advise would be helpful .l have a break over weekend and draft a letter to them and FOS and pop it on here to see what people think .

I think its safe to say . I hate erudio. Oh the quote " we are entitled to any info we ask for" (P60) was a classic from DAN

I'm going to visit a solicitor armed with all the Erudio and SLC paperwork I have, I really think the only solution to this is for all of us who are being cheated out of our *right* to defer is to sue Arrow for breach of contract.

But clearly I need to get some proper legal advise as to how to go about it.

Today I received a "Remedy of Account", together with 3 "Annual Statements" from 2011, 2012 and 2013 and 2 "Notice of sums in arrears" from 2012 and 2011 and an A4 information sheet from the office of fair trading titled Arrears, and finally an information sheet from the FCA headed arrears.

Any ideas what this is about?

A few of us have had these. In my case, it was simply Erudio informing me of the fact they had reduced my balance due to SLC making a small error on my account when I was in arrears due to their mistake. I'd guess yours is the same.

I had one of those sent to me earlier in the year, this seems more to be about historic arrears I knew nothing about.

I suppose it's just another tactic to scare me into paying when I have no reason to?

I think this is just giving detail to the earlier letter. Mine was anyway.

I am so mad , the replayments they want they have stated start in august again , its nearly a third of my maintenance payment , just under two weeks shopping , ( im an old school shopper can deed us on 40 quid a week. But with a 600 quid mortgage and 800 childcare to pay , erudio arnt exactly at th top of the list.

Relax, and make a complaint to the FOS, and if that fails take them to court.

Like all debt collectors they're just chancers.

Perhaps I'm wrong, but I think trashing peoples credit ratings for no good reason has now got a whole lot riskier for financial institutions after that bloke from Scotland took HFC to court over his laptop.

Erudio might like to seed every letter and form with endless threats, but I'm not sure they will actually follow through, given what it could cost them.

Threats and bullying are standard debt collector practise, the BIS need to be brought to account for selling our loans for a fraction of their actual value to a suspect company working out of a tax haven.
