Hi unholy and Jules
I have also had an email from Lauren saying they have noted my complaint and will contact me.
I will keep you updated, it would be good if DFS are able to resolve my issue and yours Jules.
Have a great day people, I feel less stressed then I have felt in ages!
Sorry to be cheeky but I'm getting nowhere emailing their customer services. You wouldn't happen to have an email address for this Lauren lady which you could let me have, would you? I can't send her a PM for some reason. Again, sorry to bother you0 -
Hi unholyangel
will definitely keep you updated

No personal email for Lauren - just details as below. I have emailed Head office directly before and just get referred to the local store, which is why I am going to phone Lauren instead.
Please either give me a call on 01302 330365 or email us on customer.services@dfs.co.uk
It's good to 'talk' - glad to hear the stress has lessened

I have bought a sofa from DFS,I first both a four seater lounger sofa 001 silver in colour which DFS had to be replace in less than four months, because it was of poor quality and was faulty.
It was replace with a cream leather four seater lounger sofa, which in less than three months had to be repaired because the stitching was coming out.The sofa had only been used lightly and is always covered. Since the repair's had been done there are more stitching coming out and the back cushion which can not be removed, because it's only there for display purposes, it's been faulty since the sofa had arrived to my home. DFS up on there visit told me to just plump it up and it would be ok. It is still not ok , has it is faulty. DFS said over the phone they could not give me a full refund, they could only come out to repair it again.I refuse it's not right that I have to pay £1,863.00 for a faulty sofa.
they came out to do a repair already, I will not wast my time and allow them to come out again its less than six months this should not have happen.
