    No, he isnt. It doesnt work like that. Maintenance is awarded to the resident parent (thats the one who receives any benefits related to the children) from the non resident parent. And thats it.

    Even of care is split 50/50 there can only be one resident parent. This parent should be paying for everyday expenses from their maintenance.
