CSA works both ways, so he's entitled to the same percentage of her salary , pro rata depending on how often he looks after them.

as childcare is almost 50/50 then they need to split the cost of clothes etc...
No, he isnt. It doesnt work like that. Maintenance is awarded to the resident parent (thats the one who receives any benefits related to the children) from the non resident parent. And thats it.
Even of care is split 50/50 there can only be one resident parent. This parent should be paying for everyday expenses from their maintenance.0
