I had my shopping delivered today for the first time in 15 months and it was the same driver who is such a lovely man.
There was a bogof missing and I'd been charged full price for a mag offer but I rang a local number on the delivery note and was told they would ring back in 1o minutes.
They did ring back in 10 minutes and refunded the missing item and the full cost fo the magazine.
Absolutely no complaints with them at the mo.
